I thought that it was time to name some of the "jokers" who think that they can place orders with me or make bids via Ebay then just choose to ignore emails requesting payment.

kept asking for pictures of Liverpool blisterpacks that supposedly interested
him & I suspected that he was just wasting my time. When he eventually placed
an order via email he ducked out when it came to paying!

ordered £750 worth of goods from me, then reduced his order to only £20
...
and he still
never sent the money!
He
did the same again a few months later using a different email address!
He is obviously a "Dreamer" that likes to think
that he is buying big !!!
