I thought that it was time to name some of the "jokers" who think that they can place orders with dealers or make bids via Ebay then just choose to ignore e-mails requesting payment.

ordered £750 worth of goods from me, then reduced his order to only
£20 ...
and he still never
sent the money!

did the same again a few months later using a different email address!
He is obviously a "Dreamer"
that likes to think that he is buying big !!!
